Job Description

Position: Territory Sales Manager

Location: Gurugram, Mumbai, and Navi Mumbai

Experience: 0-4 Years

To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have the following skills:

  • Communication: Excellent communication skills in English and/or the regional language.
  • Empathy: Understand field sales as demos need to be given at the societies.
  • Agility: Ability to adapt according to business requirements.
  • Motivation: Demonstrate a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude. Willing to roll up your sleeves and get things done.
  • Growth-driven: Keen to grow as an individual.
  • Weekend Availability: Comfortable working on weekends (Sat & Sun compulsory working), with a week off between Mon-Thurs.
  • Effective Presentation and Negotiation Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT, etc.)
  • Vehicle Requirement: Should have a 2-wheeler vehicle with a valid driving license.

About the Role:

  • Interest in Business Development (B2B): For Software Application products/solutions.
  • Client Engagement: Meet prospective clients, execute effective product demonstrations, emphasizing product features and benefits with a focus on the value of the solution.
  • Committee Meetings: Meet with Committee Members of Apartments and societies to understand the scope of business and their expectations.
  • Sales Opportunities: Prospect, educate, qualify, and generate interest for sales opportunities.
  • Onboarding: On-board new apartments onto the NoBrokerHood platform; a major KRA for a BD.
  • Lead Research: Research potential leads from the open market, web searches, or digital resources.

Requirements:

Key Qualifications:

  • Graduation in any field
  • Minimum 0-5 years of proven sales track record and ability to meet targets.
  • Willingness to travel on the field is mandatory.
