YOU WOULD BE PART OF: 

• Building mobile app for our web platform from scratch 
• Experimenting and coming up with new product/feature ideas 
• Managing our design system 
• Conducting qualitative and quantitative user research to make informed recommendations for experiences 
• Design handover to developers 

WE EXPECT YOU TO: 

• Have a portfolio showcasing user-centred designs that are beautiful, delightful, and easy-to-use 
• Understand design guidelines for Android & iOS 
• Understand that everyone experiences the world differently, and you are driven to understand the needs of your users 
• Aware of, but not beholden to, new and current design patterns 
• Have the ability to balance different use cases and prioritise accordingly 
• Make visuals that are clear, creative, and inspiring 

YOU ARE AWESOME IF YOU ARE: 

• Experienced in a variety of design & prototyping tools such as Figma, Protopie, Invisionapp 
• Familiar with designing mobile apps - iOS & Android 
• Experienced in working collaboratively with front-end engineers 
• Familiar with the basics of HTML and CSS 
• Familiar with design systems such as Material Design, Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines etc 
• Familiar with making illustrations and turning them into animations using Lottie files  
• Familiar with GIS data formats and interfaces 
• Familiar with designing data processing-oriented user experiences for power-users 

DESIRED SKILLS:
