Role:

The Business Analyst role entails analysing and documenting business requirements for software development projects, fostering clear communication between clients and development teams. Demonstrated proficiency in business analysis, process mapping, and problem-solving is essential, along with a track record in project management. 

Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.   
• Analyse existing business processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose innovative solutions to optimize workflows and enhance operational efficiency.   
• Assess client needs, define system requirements, and develop detailed technical specifications for software development projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices.   
• Define test cases, perform functional testing, and participate in user acceptance testing to validate system functionality, usability, and adherence to requirements.   
• Support organizational change initiatives by conducting impact assessments, developing training materials, and providing guidance on process improvement and adoption of new technologies.   
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to business analysis, and actively contribute to the enhancement of internal processes and methodologies.

Skills Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications.   
• Strong understanding of business analysis techniques, tools and methodologies.   
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with diverse clients, technical teams, senior management.   
• Analytical mindset and problem solving-skills, with ability of think critically.   
• Familiarity with software development methodologies and project management concepts.
