About the Role:

We are looking for a Program Manager Intern to join our Doctor Experience Team. This role is perfect for someone who is an extrovert, loves talking to people, enjoys building relationships, and is also curious about how systems and data work.

You will be the bridge between our doctors and internal operations — observing, listening, and helping us improve their day-to-day experience.

Responsibilities:

• Interact regularly with doctors and clinical team members to understand needs and feedback
• Observe consultations and operational processes to identify improvement areas
• Assist in designing and executing initiatives to improve doctor hiring and experience
• Maintain structured documentation and feedback logs
• Analyze data from surveys, calls, and reports to draw insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (ops, product, HR) to drive experience improvements

Who You Are:

• A natural communicator — outgoing, thoughtful, and great with people
• Comfortable speaking with senior professionals (doctors, ops leads, etc.)
• Curious and observant — you notice patterns and inconsistencies
• Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and open to learning tools like Airtable
• Organised and process-driven; you like checklists and systems
• Interested in working in healthcare or fast-paced startups

Preferred Background:

• Final-year student or recent graduate in Psychology, Business, Communications, Healthcare, or related fields
• Experience in any leadership, outreach, fest organizing, or community roles is a big plus
• Prior internship or volunteer experience in a people-facing or analytical role
