We are looking for a talented and motivated Frontend Engineer Intern to join our dynamic engineering team. As a Frontend Engineer Intern at CloudSEK, you will work closely with experienced developers on developing and enhancing our cyber security products' user interfaces. Your role will be pivotal in creating intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that will empower our clients to effectively manage their security posture.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement frontend solutions for CloudSEK's cyber security products.
• Utilize your expertise in React and JavaScript to build interactive and responsive user interfaces.
• Work closely with UX/UI designers to transform wireframes and mockups into polished, functional UI components.
• Optimize application performance and ensure seamless user experiences.
• Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to ensure code quality and best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend development trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Contribute ideas and solutions to enhance product features and user experience.
• Collaborate with backend developers and other stakeholders to integrate frontend components with backend APIs.
• Actively engage in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities.

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in React and JavaScript, with a solid understanding of frontend development principles.
• Familiarity with modern frontend tools and libraries.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
• Good understanding of software development practices, including version control (Git) and testing methodologies.
• Previous experience with Next.js or willingness to learn it is a plus.
• Eagerness to learn and a strong desire to contribute to real-world cyber security products.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Good communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
