Job Summary:

We are looking for a Software Engineer Trainee to support our Smart TV app development projects. This role will give you hands-on experience in building user interfaces for Samsung Tizen and LG webOS platforms using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. You'll also assist in testing and optimizing apps for large screen devices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and assist in developing tools and applications for Samsung Tizen and LG webOS platforms.
• Understand and follow platform-specific SDKs, guidelines, and documentation.
• Support the development of UI components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Help test apps on emulators and real smart TV devices to ensure proper functionality.
• Collaborate with developers and QA teams to resolve basic issues and bugs.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–6 months of experience
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field (or pursuing final year)
• Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
• Understanding of responsive layouts and screen scaling for larger displays
• Willingness to learn platform-specific tools like Tizen Studio and webOS SDK
• Good communication and a problem-solving mindset
